Diet could be the key
Many acne sufferers know that certain foods aggravate their condition. There is too much evidence from too many people to be ignored. Many people have found their condition worsened after eating some food and, conversely, it improved when these foods were avoided.
Recent studies by a research team at Australia’s RMIT University and Royal Melbourne Hospital Department of Dermatology has shown a solid link between diet and acne. Findings of the study were presented at the 15th Congress of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venerology in Greece and published in the prestigious Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
