There are many kind of products that you kind try lik, gels, creams, lotions, laser treatments, blue light treatments and surgeries. There is a foaming cleanser acne treatment, that claims to clear your acne and minimize excell oil. I havent tried personally but as a cleanser can be very effective.
Its important to note that there are 2 important steps to get rid of pimples and blackheads. One, you have to clean your face from bacteria, dead skin cells and dirt. Second, applied an effective treatment daily after you clean your face.
Following these two simple steps will make a great improvement in your skin. For example, you could apply the lotion foaming cleanser in the morning and then a peroxide cream or gel to help decrease your acne.
There is no magical formula or product that can be 100% effective every time, however there are some products and treatments that can dramatically erase most of your pimples, blackheads, zits and impurities.
If you budget is limited and suggest that you apply the 2 step process, but if you want to try a high end treatment, there are many available like laser treatment, blue light therapy and even surgeries. Dont make a decision for any of those treatment, until you have talk with your doctor or dermatologist
